Keep Cool with Cranberry Lime Tea

It's 100 degrees today! We're keeping cool at the center with some Cranberry Lime Tea. It's as easy and delicious as it sounds. It's full of antioxidants and can reduce inflamation. 

Ingredients:

-4 tsp Thyme Leaves

- 8 Green Tea Bags

-2 Cups unsweetened Cranberry Juice

- Juice from 2 Limes

- 6 tsp Honey

Instructions:

In a small sauce pan, bring the thyme leaves and 1 cup of water to a boil for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat, and add the tea bags. Let steep for 5 minutes.  Add cranberry juice, lime juice and honey and refrigerate until cold. Garnish with a sprig of thyme and a lime slice.
