Simple 5 Ingredient Granola Recipe for the Holidays

Looking for a yummy and simple granola recipe?  Look no further... this one is super simple and extremely adaptable to your favorite mix-ins!

 

Here is the basic recipe you can tweak to your liking:

Yields: 16-18 granola balls depending on size

2/3 cup of creamy peanut butter

1 cup old fashioned oats

1 1/2 tbsp honey

1/4 miniature chocolate chips 

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well blended.   You may need to refrigerate mix for a short bit  before rolling into balls. 

**Feel free to add extra mix-ins such as dried cranberries or other dried fruit or your favorite chopped nuts.
